    Enrolment requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Level 2 professional higher education in business and economics sciences; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in other social sciences or related sciences and two years of work experience in business and economics; Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in other sciences and at least 5 years of experience in business and economics.

      The Master's program is designed to help students develop a rational analytical approach to solving business problems and to affecting the internal change within the business by using modern management technologies, that allow to acquire the competencies to operate as manager or as entrepreneur, making our graduates employable.

      • What will student receive after graduation

        Managers today need multidimensional skills in finance, market analysis, project management and global economics. During the study process the students will learn how to understand the needs of customers; how to develop the strategy ensuring the strategic and operational goals of a modern company.

        The students will be able:

        1. Based on the theory of management, choose a management style that is adequate to the conditions of the company business activity, its organizational structure, organizational culture and behavior;
        2. To know the modern methods of management of information flows for solving managerial objectives;
        3. To be able to analyze and evaluate the theory of management, leadership and motivation;
        4. To explain and evaluate the impact of environmental factors on internal processes in the organization;
        5. To be able to prepare the master budget, using modern information technologies and methods of data processing;
        6. To master the skills of making managerial decisions, critically evaluating their ethical side;
        7. To be able to critically assess the consequences of management decisions and measure their projected results;
        8. To apply a scientific approach to solving a management problem and developing a management decision.
